Who we are

Konduct Pty Ltd is the company. Creative by Konduct is the umbrella. Rich Person Time is the media property. We are the controller of personal information collected through this site. Write to enquiries@konduct.com.au.

What we collect

• The list: an email address if you ask us to hold a place.
• Cookies and similar tech as described in the Cookie Policy.
• Technical logs from hosting: IP address, browser, time of visit. Needed to run and protect the site.

A wage you type stays in your browser. A toy name is sent to our server and may be sent to xAI only to guess a ballpark sticker for the clock. We do not keep that name as a profile. List emails are saved by Konduct if you ask us to write to you.

Why we collect it

To keep a list email if you ask us to write. To run the site. To answer you if you write. The lawful bases we rely on: your consent (the list) and our legitimate interest in operating a media site and preventing abuse. Australian Privacy Principles apply. If you are in the UK or EEA we treat you as if UK GDPR / GDPR rights exist.

Where it lives

Konduct stores records on its own secure devices and in databases it controls. This site is built and operated with help from:

• xAI Grok — used to build the site and to run some on-page tools.
• GitHub — source code hosting.
• Vercel — hosting and delivery for this application.
• WordPress — content systems for related Konduct properties.
• SiteGround — hosting for those WordPress properties.

Those parties process data as our providers so the site can exist. They are not buyers of your list. Some of them store data outside Australia. We only use them for the purposes above.

We do not sell your data

Konduct does not sell personal information to other companies. We do not rent the list. We do not use what you type to build an advertising profile for a third party.

How long we keep it

List emails are kept so we can write to you if you asked. We delete them when you ask or when they are no longer needed for that purpose. Server logs are kept only as long as hosting and security require.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold. You can ask us to correct it. You can ask us to delete it. You can withdraw consent for the list. Write to enquiries@konduct.com.au. We will answer. You may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. UK visitors may complain to the ICO.

This site is written for adults. Do not send us the details of a child.
